For example, a Growth subscription at ₹2,999.00 before GST earns ₹1,199.60 for its first paid month and ₹1,199.60 for each equally priced paid monthly renewal. Ten such customers earn ₹11,996.00 per paid month, or ₹1,43,952.00 over 12 paid months, before applicable deductions. If a customer stops paying, their commission stops.

Franchise programme terms
Version 2026-10-15. The registration fee is paid once. There is no automatic franchise renewal charge. Commission is 40% of eligible subscription revenue before GST, earned when customer payments are recorded. Referral attribution must exist before the subscription invoice is issued. It applies to your referred customers’ new subscriptions and subsequent renewals, including annual plans; it does not retrospectively credit unrelated existing customers.
Free trials, unpaid invoices and registration fees do not earn commission. Refunds reverse the corresponding commission. Suspended partnerships cannot earn new commissions. Payments and any applicable deductions are reviewed at settlement. No minimum earnings, guaranteed return or exclusive territory is promised.
