1. Service
Qovi Travel provides subscription software for travel-agency enquiries, customers, itineraries, quotations, bookings, suppliers, trip operations, payments, invoices, expenses, reports, websites and related functions. Features depend on the selected plan and may be improved or changed over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a business agreement and authorised to act for the subscribing agency. You are responsible for accurate registration information, authorised users, password security and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared outside your organisation or used unlawfully.
3. Subscription, taxes and payment
Fees, billing period, limits and included features are shown in the applicable order or plan. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Applicable taxes and separately identified third-party charges may be added. Failure to pay may result in restricted access, suspension or expiry.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt infrastructure, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without permission, or use the platform for fraudulent activity.
5. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display that information to provide the service. You are responsible for accuracy, legality, notices, consent and rights relating to your customers, travellers, staff and suppliers.
6. Websites, API and third-party services
Website, custom-domain, messaging, email, payment and API functions may depend on external providers, DNS settings or plan eligibility. Their availability and separate charges may change. You are responsible for public content, advertised prices, travel commitments and transactions conducted through your agency website.
7. Intellectual property
Qovi Travel, its software, design, documentation and branding remain owned by Grow With Tejas or its licensors. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid or authorised term.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, internet failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Support scope and response times may vary by plan.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach or harm to the platform or others. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription and refund consequences follow the Refund Policy and your order.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service assists business administration and does not replace professional tax, accounting, legal or travel advice. You remain responsible for quotations, GST treatment, supplier confirmations, customer commitments and regulatory compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written communication. Subject to applicable consumer or mandatory law, courts having jurisdiction where Grow With Tejas operates will have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for service, security, legal or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated reasonably, and continued use after their effective date constitutes acceptance.
